Physical Fitness Optimization, Not Physical Skill Maximization

When I look at the current fitness industry , it is painfully obvious that the industry is more concerned with maximizing specific skills that the establishment of the best human .

Basically, the fitness industry is divided into two zones ... muscle growth and aerobic capacity .

But make no mistake , the training is about to become a better, more appropriate to meet the challenges of sport, work and life of excellence in as many circumstances.

Physical training is not to maximize muscle growth if you look at the shirt or the ability to maintain long monotonous aerobic activity .

In order to become a better man , you must use your training to optimize the physical condition ... not maximizing physical abilities .

Optimizing fitness is a commitment to competition and the ability to work in all areas of cardiorespiratory endurance , strength, flexibility , power, speed , coordination, agility, balance , accuracy and toughness to achieve optimum performance results in greater circumstances acceptable amount of deliberate

If ... optimization of fitness is understanding that true fitness is a compromise.

His physical condition consists of the ability to use all physical abilities mentioned perfectly coordinated to complete a task at a given point in time.

Physical fitness is not , and should not be measured by maximizing physical abilities of these skills .

True fitness is about physical ability to perform the widest variety of tasks in diverse circumstances ... Not maximizing a physical examination to complete a task in quality control.

Interestingly , the trend seems to be to use the workout to maximize physical ability at the expense of everyone else ... realize the person least able .

If you spend all your time training improves fitness look ... weaknesses greatly outweigh its strength.

You have become so specialized that they are suitable for most cases encountered in sport , work and life ... and I'm sure that was not his goal when a physical training program begins.

Let's make one thing clear ...

I'm not against muscle growth and aerobic capacity ... I am against the fitness industrys focus asymmetrically in muscle growth and aerobic capacity to the detriment of true fitness.

Isolated muscle exercises done on machines with limited movement associated with prolonged aerobic sessions is the way of strength, conditioning and fitness excellence ... machine says the fitness industry marketing .

Commit to the strength, conditioning and fitness optimization if your goal is the development of performance improvements in all 10 physical skills and produce a body that performs as good as it sounds .

If your current fitness program is designed more to maximize physical abilities ... change!

Because there's one thing I know for sure ...

If you have functional strength , superior conditioning and fitness excellence will be times in sport , work and life as you need ... and if not, there will be times when you want you did.
